The phone was supposed to come with a two gigabyte memory card, but it only came with a 500 megabyte memory card. Secondly, both batteries are not holding power for more than five hours, while I was assured they are supposed to hold power for over two days each.

Another problem is that when making calls, recipients are unable to hear me clearly. I understand that the mouth piece is faulty. For this I am forced to speak loudly, and this may be disturbing sometimes to people around me. This phone is used to call my customers and with this situation, I am not able to work as required. This is also a problem when a customer needs help from me and I cannot communicate.

I am looking forward to your communication on what I should do, owing that I cannot get time to come to your retail shop. I would appreciate if I get another phone as a replacement, otherwise I will ask for the refund. If possible, send somebody at Salsa Plaza to come and help me out at your convenience. My First Experience Going Abroad

At first, going abroad seemed impossible until I got the letter from ministry of education and culture of central java stated that I was one of the participants who had the golden chance to follow short course program to Queensland, Australia. After we had to follow many kinds of test, such as academic test, culture and psychological test, finally there were chosen 6 participants from central java to follow short course in Australia.

In 2013, it was my first experience going abroad. On August, six of us as the delegations from Central Java went to Queensland. All the budget were supported by Central Java government, so we were very happy to be part of this program. In Australia, we studied in the same campus, namely University of Queenslad (USQ), but we lived in different homestays. Luckily, I lived with very kind family there, the house made me feel at home. USQ was also a really great campus, with supportive lecturers and amazing facilities to support our learning process. Australian people are really nice and disciplined.

I collected many unforgettable memories from that program. The best part of the experience is having hundreds of international friends. I can’t write every experience, funny moments, and good memories I had in Australia. It was an amazing experience. Through this program, I was prepared to be responsible for whatever I do by living far away from my family, as well as to learn tolerance among foreign friends I met there.
